01. How do the 40 free credits work?

When you sign up, you get 40 free credits. 1 credit = 1 image generation. You can buy more credits anytime inside the app.

02. Can I download my images?

Yes. You can download your generated images whenever you want.

03. What can I customize before ordering?

You can choose product type, size, orientation, and frame options (when available), then place and scale your image exactly how you want in the live preview.

04. Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship to Europe only. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days (production + shipping).

05. What are your refund and reprint policies?

Credits are non-refundable. For physical products, we offer reprints or refunds for damage, defects, or misprints when you submit a claim within 30 days of delivery (proof may be required). Lost orders can be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a replacement. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or color, as all items are made to order.
